As a courtesy my staff will bill your insurance on your behalf when you provide us with your current insurance information prior to treatment.

Payment Policy

5% cash courtesy when you use cash or a check and pay in full at the time of service.

Additional 5% senior citizen discount (for patients who are sixty and over) when you pay in full at time of service.

We are happy to accept all major credit cards.

All balances are required to be paid in full within 90 days from date of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been made.
