Occlusal Abfractions

The occlusal surface of these teeth show occlusal pitting.  This pitting is due to GERD (Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease).  GERD can occur during the day or at night while on is asleep.  A simple over the counter drug could of prevented this damage.
