Our office works with many other dental insurance providers. Our staff will bill your insurance on your behalf when you provide us with your current insurance information prior to treatment. Please check with your insurance provider in advance to get an estimate on how much of the cost your insurance will cover.

All balances are required to be paid in full at time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.
