October is Vancouver, Washington’s official dining month, and Dine The Couve is the perfect way to explore restaurant options in our city. Participating restaurants create special tasting menus at lower prices, so you can check out some excellent dining options at an unbeatable price. Pumpkin Patches

Location: Various Locations Throughout Clark County

Visiting a pumpkin patch in the fall is a time-honored tradition. We’ve got several options close to Vancouver, including:

Pomeroy Farm – Home to Pumpkin Lane, where you can take a hayride past dozens of whimsical scenes of pumpkin people.

Bi-Zi Farms – This family-owned farm has been a part of the Vancouver community for over 150 years. Check out their pumpkin patch and nighttime corn maze!

The Patch – This farm in Woodland features a massive 5-acre corn maze, pumpkin bowling for kids, and hay rides.

Waltons Farms – This pumpkin patch is located 4 miles north of Camas on highway 500. Kids can ride the tractor train, pick a pumpkin, or wander though the corn maze.

Walking Trails

Press Some Apple Cider

The Cedar Creek Grist Mill is a piece of living history located just outside of Vancouver. This mill has been in operation since 1876, and offers many fun fall activities. Our favorite is apple cider pressing, where you can use a hand-crank press to help make some delicious apple cider. Check their events calendar for other fall special events!
